what we do

Reliable Sheet Metal Manufacturing

Suvir Enterprises is a trusted name in precision sheet metal component manufacturing, serving the automotive and engineering industries since 1990. With decades of experience and a strong commitment to quality, we provide end-to-end solutions for a wide range of metal fabrication needs.

Our expertise lies in the fabrication and production of sheet metal parts using advanced processes such as shearing, bending, forming, MIG/TIG welding, spot welding, and powder coating. We work with materials like mild steel (MS), stainless steel (SS), galvanized iron (GI), aluminum, and CRCA sheets, ensuring strength, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy.

We manufacture components including brackets, enclosures, clamps, panels, chassis parts, covers, reinforcement plates, and custom automotive components, tailored to customer specifications or technical drawings. Our facility supports both small-batch development and high-volume production, maintaining quality and consistency at every stage.

Beyond fabrication, we also offer tooling development, surface treatment, mechanical assembly, and quality inspection, delivering a comprehensive manufacturing service from start to finish. Our operations follow stringent quality control protocols and can align with ISO-certified systems or client-specific standards.

our process

Sheet Metal Manufacturing Process

Sheet metal manufacturing involves a series of processes used to transform flat metal sheets into functional components or assemblies for industrial use. At Suvir Enterprises, we follow a streamlined and quality-driven approach to ensure precision, consistency, and durability in every part we produce.

01

Material Selection

The process begins with selecting the appropriate raw material based on the client’s requirements—commonly used materials include Mild Steel (MS), Stainless Steel (SS), Galvanized Iron (GI), CRCA, and Aluminum.

02

Shearing

Large metal sheets are cut into smaller, workable sizes using hydraulic or mechanical shearing machines. This ensures material optimization and prepares it for further processing.

03

Bending & Forming

The cut sheets are then shaped into the desired forms using press brakes or hydraulic bending machines. This stage allows for the creation of angles, curves, flanges, and other 3D shapes based on the component’s design.

04

Punching / Drilling

Holes, slots, or cutouts are created using manual punching machines or drilling setups, depending on the component design. This is essential for mounting, fitting, or assembly purposes.

05

Welding & Assembly

Once individual parts are formed, they are joined through MIG welding, spot welding. This step forms complete assemblies or sub-components.

06

Surface Finishing

To enhance durability and appearance, components may undergo grinding, buffing, powder coating, painting, or galvanization, depending on the application and environmental exposure.

07

Quality Inspection

Each batch undergoes thorough dimensional and visual inspection to ensure it meets required tolerances and finish standards. We also accommodate client-specific QC protocols.

08

Packaging & Dispatch

After final approval, components are carefully packed to prevent damage and are dispatched as per delivery schedules, ensuring safe transit and timely supply.
